There are two reasons why you should divide your participants into groups: 

1) The first reason is to make it easy for your participants to engage in meaningful conversations. 

When the participants are grouped into departments, titles or something else that makes sense to them, you make it easy for them to search and find the person they want to ask a question.

2) The second reason to divide your participants into groups is to prepare the unique Qvest network showing how your participants connect and communicate with each other:
