This is how you make adjustments to the scheduled dates and times after your Qvest has been scheduled.

Go to the Scheduling tab:

Make your changes in the relevant date or time input field.

When you are done editing, click anywhere outside the input and you should see the save status update. As soon as you see this status update you can be sure that your changes are in effect:

⚠️ It is not possible to adjust the invitation date if the invites have already been sent out and likewise for open date and close date. This is reflected in the scheduling tab by the respective input fields being locked (not editable).

⚠️ It is not possible to open a Qvest that has already closed. In general, we do not recommend excessive adjustment to the schedule during a running Qvest because it can be confusing to your participants. Often times it is better to run an additional Qvest instead.
